Please make sure you are aware of these T&C’s before committing to order a bespoke drum from HighWood.
Payments are accepted in £ (GBP) only. We accept payment via Bank transfer, Credit/debit Card, PayPal, check, or Cash in person.
A 50% deposit is required on all Custom Orders after your quote is confirmed and before any drums are put in the queue for production. You will be contacted when your drum is complete and ready to dispatch or can be collected. The balance is due before shipping or on collection. Please be aware that all deposits are NON refundable under any circumstances.
The shipping can & will be arranged within the quotation of your initial order, in the case of over seas orders price you are given does not include duties, taxes, import delivery fees, or any other fees associated with shipping.
Estimated lead times are given at the time of quotation, these are based on the production average of the previous months& the specific job requirements based on similar jobs. All estimates are just! This production time frame is not a guarantee and is subject to change based on increasing workloads, special requests and any factors outside our direct control, it is not a delivery window.
Clients can contact us at any point during the build to receive updates & ask questions about their order, we can only give news when we have it.
HighWood will not be held responsible for clients not having equipment by certain dates OR events, the client is responsible for their own equipment needs until the order is completed & delivered to them. if there is specific time factor involved with an order this needs to be discussed with us before any deposit payments are made, if such need can not be met we will turn down the order.
Changes to the order
Once an order is finalized & deposits paid, any changes requested can cause significant delays in production, any changes approved will result in the order being removed from current position in production & re positioned at the beck of the queue to be started over. any changes requested that result in waste of materials, drum shells, components being unusable & fresh stock, shells required, the client will be charged accordingly.
By confirming an order in writing (by email or on social media msging), you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above and confirm that all the information you have entered is correct.
